Why can't I become approved to tutor using the Wyzant Learning Studio?

If you experience an error while attempting to become approved for online tutoring with Wyzant using your laptop or desktop computer, it is most likely due to the use of a touchscreen (or touchscreen-friendly component parts.) If this is the case, you'll receive this error message during the approval process:


To resolve this issue, be sure that you have disabled the touchscreen capability of your laptop or desktop computer before retrying for online tutoring approval. You may also switch to Mozilla Firefox and retry approval.
