In order to provide the most robust support to as many users as possible, our team offers support through different channels throughout the day. Please see below for our hours of operation by channel.

Monday - Friday
8:00am - 10:00am CT - Chat
10:00am - 6:00pm CT - Phone
6:00pm - 8:00pm CT* - Chat

Saturday
9:00am - 5:00pm CT - Chat

*Customer Support closes at 6:00pm CT on Fridays

**Our team is unavailable by chat or phone on Wednesdays from 2:00pm - 2:30pm CT and on Fridays from 2:00pm - 2:30pm CT for recurring department meetings.
