To cancel a lesson, you should reach out directly to your tutor.
Tutors listed on Wyzant determine their own cancellation policies, which can extend to 36 hours before a scheduled lesson. You may find an individual tutor’s cancellation policy on their profile page. It is strongly suggested that before your lessons, you discuss directly with a tutor how cancellations will be handled, via Wyzant Messages.
Instant Book lessons can be cancelled from your Student Dashboard. All Instant Book lessons are subject to a standard 24 hour cancellation window. This means if you need to reschedule or cancel the lesson with less than 24 hours notice to the tutor, you will still be liable for the cost of the lesson.
Please note that lesson cancellations are subject to the standard 9% service fee.
