What should I do if I won’t be able to answer student messages for several days or weeks?

If you’ll be traveling or otherwise unable to respond to new students for a period of time, you should switch your availability to "Not Seeking New Students” on your Dashboard. You can switch back your availability at any time.

We recommend taking this step whenever you know you won't be available to tutor. This includes when you go on vacation, when you can't take on any new students or if you just want to take a break from tutoring. Switching your profile to "Not Seeking New Students" will not impact your rank or standing with Wyzant.
