When will I be paid?

After a lesson occurs, submit the lesson details on the Wyzant platform. You may submit a lesson for payment through the website or the app. Lessons must be submitted within 14 days of the lesson taking place. Lessons older than 14 days cannot be submitted. 

Once this information is submitted, we’ll notify the student, collect payment, and distribute your payment. Tutors must sign up for direct deposit to receive payment.

Direct deposit allows you to choose between two options, both free of charge. Semi-monthly direct deposits are made on the 1st and 15th of the month, and express direct deposit payments are processed 3 to 5 business days after the lesson is entered.

For all methods of payment, in order for a lesson to be included in a particular payment disbursement, that lesson must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the date of payment.
