If you're still having trouble logging in after updating your password, taking the following steps may also be beneficial:
1. Use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to access your account, as these browsers typically work more efficiently with most websites.

3. Try an incognito or private browsing window.
If you continue to have trouble logging into your account, it's possible that your account is closed. If Wyzant closed your account, you should have received an email regarding the closure. You can reply to that email with any questions or concerns you have. Otherwise, please contact Customer Support.
