You’re only charged after a lesson takes place.
Your tutor will submit a completed lesson to Wyzant, and you'll receive an email notification with the details. Your tutor may submit the lesson details up to 7 days after the lesson has concluded.*
If you have any questions about a charge, please review your Lessons and Transaction History pages and reach out to your tutor to discuss any discrepancies. If you still have questions or need additional assistance, simply contact Wyzant Customer Support.
1-2 hours after the charge is submitted to your account, the charge will be processed to your method of payment and you will receive a second email as a receipt.
*If your tutor submits a lesson more than 7 days after the lesson occurred, you will have to approve or reject that lesson before you are charged. You are able to approve or reject the lesson directly from the email that you receive from Wyzant. If you reject the lesson, you will not be charged.
