You’re only charged after a lesson takes place.
Your tutor will submit a completed lesson to Wyzant, and you'll receive an email notification with the details. Your tutor may submit the lesson details up to 7 days after the lesson has concluded.
At that point, a pending charge will appear on the credit/debit card or Paypal account you placed on file with Wyzant. If you have any questions about a charge, please review your Transaction History. If you still have questions, simply contact Wyzant Customer Support within 24 hours of your lesson.
You’ll receive a second email confirming the charge once the 24-hour timeframe has elapsed.
