You’re only charged after a lesson takes place.
Your tutor will submit a completed lesson to Wyzant, and you'll receive an email notification with the details. Your tutor may submit the lesson details up to 14 days after the lesson has concluded.
At that point, a pending charge will appear on the credit/debit card or Paypal account you placed on file with Wyzant. If you have any questions about a charge, simply contact Wyzant Customer Support within 24 hours of your lesson. You’ll receive a second email confirming the charge once the 24 timeframe has elapsed.
