You’re only charged after a lesson takes place.
Your tutor will submit a completed lesson to Wyzant, and you'll receive an email notification with the details. At that point, a pending charge will appear on the credit/debit card or Paypal account you placed on file with Wyzant. If you have any questions about a charge, simply contact Wyzant Customer Support within 24 hours of your lesson. You’ll receive a second email confirming the charge once the 24 timeframe has elapsed.
