How do I hide and unhide my profile?

If you're planning to be unavailable to tutor for a short time, and won't have time to reply to new students who are interested in working with you, your Wyzant profile can be hidden in one of two ways:

1. Click Dashboard at the top of your account page, and click the toggle next to "Accepting new students." The toggle will then point to the left and display the text "Not accepting new students."
   
   When you're ready to unhide your profile, simply return to the Dashboard and click the toggle again so that it points to the right.
2. Go to your Profile Visibility page, located in your Profile, in the left sidebar menu.  To hide your profile, click the toggle next to "Accepting new students."

If your profile has been hidden and you wish to redisplay your profile, please follow the same steps detailed above ensuring that the text displayed says "Accepting new students."
