Where can I find information about my students?

All of the information about your students is located in two places within your account: Conversations between yourself and the student are within the messaging thread, and items such as Rate, Payment, Lesson, Review and Contact Information are available on the Student Connections page (under the Students & Lessons menu).

From Messages:

To access messages, click the Students & Lessons drop-down menu at the top of your account page, then select Messages. Click the student's name from the list displayed in the left column of the page. At top of the messaging thread, you will see a tab containing the student’s name and a drop down menu labeled Show Details. Click the arrow to find information such as the student’s payment status, location, subject interests, grade level, and availability.

From Student Connections:

Click the Students & Lessons drop-down menu at the top of the page in your account, then select Student Connections. The Student Connections page contains an overview of student information for your current students organized into one easy-to-reference table. Just locate the student’s name on the table and scan right. You can sort the names alphabetically by clicking on the Student heading at the top of the table. Click the student’s name to display complete details.

From the apps:

iOS: Tap on the icon labeled Students from the menu located at the bottom of your screen in the app. The Students page lists all of your current student contacts, similar to the Student Connections page on your account page. Simply tap on a student’s name to view relevant student details.

Android: Tap on the Menu button located in the upper left corner of the Dashboard screen of the app, then tap on Students from the menu that appears. The Students page lists all of your current student contacts, similar to the Student Connections page in your account online. Simply tap on a student’s name to view relevant student details.
