Wyzant Messages is a conversation between you and your students, and we've changed some of the standard email inbox features to reflect those of a chat or text thread.
On the left side of your Messages page, you will see your conversation threads, with the most recent thread at the top. There is no way to change the order in which the threads appear.
New direct inquiries will show at the very top of the list of your messages as “requests” with a 24-hour time clock for quick reference.
To remove a thread from Messages, click on the thread you'd like to remove and click Leave conversation at the top of the opened thread. This will archive the conversation and hide it from view.
If you need to locate a student quickly or would like to access a previously hidden message, you can use the search field at the top of your list of students to enter your student's first name and select the conversation thread.
