If you are trying to use the Online Tutoring Platform, we recommend using a laptop or a desktop computer. Users might experience trouble using a laptop that has touchscreen capability. Google Chrome will sometimes recognize devices with touchscreen capabilities as a mobile device, which can make it difficult to become approved for online tutoring and may lead to issues using the site. Temporarily deactivating the touchscreen capability, or switching to Firefox, will fix this issue.
