How can I tell if I have a new message or request?

When a student sends you a new message or request, you will receive an email notification. You’ll also receive a push notification via the Wyzant app, if you have enabled the feature.

You can access the message(s) by clicking on the notification on your Dashboard, or by selecting Messages from your dashboard. Both of these options will open the Messages page, where the most recently received message will open automatically. Any other unread messages will be listed in bold text in the column on the left-hand side of the screen.
