Tutors can assess a cancellation fee by selecting “Assess cancellation fee” under the “My Business” menu.
The default sorting of students on this page is based on the date of their last submitted lesson with a tutor. If a tutor would like to assess a cancellation fee for a student they have not yet submitted a lesson for, then they will need to scroll down on the page and click the "See more students" button.
Tutors can use the text search function of their computers (PC: Control+F // Mac: Command+F) to more quickly find students in this list.
