There may not be a payment date on a submitted lesson if that lesson has been disputed by the student. Whenever a student contacts us with a dispute over a lesson or cancellation fee submission, we place that submission on a temporary hold. This can prevent the student from being charged and delays payment to the tutor until a resolution can be reached.
