Yes! During specific times, Wyzant Customer Support is able to answer questions via the Live Chat platform available using the orange Support widget visible at the bottom right corner of tutor and student dashboards, as well as the Help Center.
If a representative is available, the Live Chat button will the bottom of the orange Support widget, and when clicked, you'll be connected to a Wyzant Customer Support team member. Please note that if you navigate away from the live chat page, your chat window will disappear; if you return to the page, you'll be placed back into your chat if it is still live, or be placed into the queue if the representative is not currently available. Transcripts of your live chat are available at your request.
If a representative is not currently available, this button will read Support. Clicking will allow you to submit a ticket, which will be answered by email in 1 to 3 business days.
